Common issues

  • App not loading / crashing: include a screenshot and what screen you were on.
  • Story output issue: include the last action you typed and the approximate time.
  • Account/data request: use the Delete Account steps.

Refunds and billing (important)

If paid purchases or subscriptions are offered in a future version, billing is handled by the platform you used (Apple App Store or Google Play). Platform policies typically control refund eligibility and processing.

Apple refund requests: Request a refund from Apple (Report a Problem).

Google Play refunds: Google Play refunds for apps and in-app purchases.
